What goals have you pushed aside this year? How many pounds did you not lose that you vowed to at the beginning of this year? How much did you spend when you promised to stick to a budget?

With 100 days left (well 99 to be exact) it is not too late for you to lose those pounds, start that new blog, or take up a new hobby. The end of the year is near bu.

It is not the end of your dreams for this year and beyond.

So what are your dreams? What have you been putting off and saying that you will do it tomorrow?

Here are a few of mine that I am working on accomplishing in 100 days:

  • Write a 30 day devotional for daily practical living
  • Release an information product
  • Lose 40 to 50 lbs

Those are my goals for the next 100 days.

Share yours and let’s hold each other accountable :)

I so need an accountability partner. I have a lot I would like to accomplish in the next 100 days. A few include:

    1. Creating a free e-course for Christian Mom PLR
    2. Creating a brandable special report for my affiliates to use
    3. Get on a blogging schedule

You just gave me a great idea. I know that you are on my list so you will see when you get the email what I am to :)

Okay, just for your own safety, please do not try to lose 40-50 pounds in 100 days. I’m not a doctor and this isn’t medical advice, but you can healthily lose about 2 pounds a week (sometimes as much as 5 if you are very obese), but a pound a day is just not good for you.

Go for the weight loss, but set yourself up to win. :) In 100 days, you should be able to lose between 14-25 pounds. Once you’ve got a good start to it, then you’ll probably find it easier to– safely– lose the remaining 25. :)

    Good luck to you!

Chelo, as an obese person I have done the research and I know that this amount is possible because of the amount of weight I have to lose. It is not an unhealthy or unsafe goal and I do not plan on starving myself or doing anything drastic. I do not want to lose a 1 lb a day but about 3 1/2 lbs a week. That is doable.

I will not be disappointed if I don’t lose that much. You must not be a regular reader of my blog but I invite you to read and see that I am in life to win not lose :)

    Thanks for your concern.
