I decided to have a give away for all Mommy Fest participants. I haven’t gone vegan, but I have been using meat less and less as I’ve been trying to get healthier! I have lots yet to learn!

I would LOVE this book - I have cut pork out as a starting point for my children and really would like to introduce more Vegan meals into our meal plans
How about a book entitle transitioning your picky eater who lives on chicken nuggets and peanut butter.. he will eat no two foods together.
