A New Meme: Fun Freebie Friday

Well I am a “freebieholic”. I find legitimate free stuff, order it, and send it to mom as well because she does not have a computer. When I became a stay-at-home mom I had to find something to do with myself and so finding free stuff was one of my past times.

Now I do not have the time that I used to, but I wanted to revive my fetish for the free for this blog.

In honor of Breast Cancer Month, I found a freebie every woman needs. I saw a breast self-exam shower card on my sister’s shower at home. I had to admit that I seldom do self-exams but I know I need to. So I found this cool free card from the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

If you are a woman you need to do these exams on a monthly basis. Even as early as 20 women are getting breast cancer and it is spreading rapidly because so many women ignore giving themselves the exam that can save their life.
