<description>As always another enlightening post!! Amen!!!

I completely can relate to putting God in a box and trying to fit Him into the lives that we lead.

It is very difficult for us to let go and let God, but oh the joy it brings when we do.

So, then I ask myself why do we continue with this self-defeating attitude? Just let go and let God lead the way.

It is something that we must work on daily but the rewards that we reap from waiting upon Him and doing all for His glory is well worth it.

Thanks for the wonderful reminder, my wonderful friend and sister:)

<description>You&#039;re SO right! Praise God. I&#039;m reminded of the scripture: &quot; But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.&quot; Allowing ourselves to embrace God&#039;s plan (without our help) produces a life of extraordinary blessings that include health, love, peace, happiness, endurance, faith and anything else God chooses to empower us with. His ultimate plan for us is far above anything we could choose for ourselves.

Great message LaTara! ;-)</description>

<description>Great post! You are so right!

So many times we think we know what God has in store and we fit Him into our plans as opposed to letting go and allowing him to fit us into HIS plan.

I just read this morning in one of my favorite devotionals &quot; My Utmost for His Highest&quot; about sanctification. It talked about the Spirit of God stripping us down until there is nothing left of ourselves. Once we are at that place God can work freely to mold us and shape us into His image.

God is everything to us. He can be a friend, yes, but He is also a Holy and Sovereign God who we will never fully comprehend until we meet Him in Glory.

Thank you so much for sharing. I always love the open and honest thoughts of a fellow sister in the Lord. God bless you and I hope you have a really great rest of the week!

<description>Wow. How do I put Him in a box. Why do I put Him in a box. I&#039;ve been feeling just like you - waiting and wanting Him to react on my time. It doesn&#039;t work this way. I need to learn to be patient and continue praying and watching for the doors, windows, or even mouse holes that are open and waiting for me if I just accept them.
