I believe when we tighten the reins on our children--they just loosen them behind our backs and end up causing even greater stress and strife within the family confines. I've had some "What would I have done differently moments" but I keep believing that in spite of the mistakes God still has a master plan and sometimes mistakes are they to make you wiser.

I love reading your posts!

great post LaTara! I agree sometimes it's hard to not "control" our children and putting things in God's hands is not an easy task at times, but if we start teaching them when they are young to seek God first in everything, we won't feel the need to control quite as much.
