Negative thoughts are counterproductive to healthy living. Positive thoughts increases your chances of success and motivate you to try different things. If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't. Optimistic people believe that they can succeed no matter what. While, pessimistic people believe they will fail before even trying. It is much better life to see the glass have full than half empty. Love your article! Keep them coming! You will succeed! I also believe in the importance of thinking positively.
